Agreement
These terms apply to your use of this website and to cleaning services provided by PQ Precision Panes in San Jose & the greater South Bay. By requesting a quote or scheduling work, you agree to these terms.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and, when possible, an on-site walkthrough. Pricing may change if conditions differ from what was described (for example, additional windows, difficult access, or heavy buildup). We will confirm any change with you before starting the additional work.
Scheduling, access, and cancellations
You agree to provide safe access to the property, including gates, water, and areas to be cleaned. Work may be rescheduled for weather or safety reasons. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless we've agreed otherwise in writing.
Satisfaction guarantee
If you're not satisfied with the work, contact us within 3 days of service and we will return to correct the issue at no additional charge.
Property condition and liability
We are licensed and insured and take care on every job. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or defects, including failing seals, cracked or scratched glass, deteriorated caulking, loose siding, damaged screens, aging paint, or gutters and fixtures that are already compromised. Please point out any known problem areas before we begin. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
